I apologize ladies, but the post about crazy people has me a little worried. ?I haven't friended many Nesties on Facebook, but I don't know who they've friended, etc., and I am nervous about having my personal info linked so closely to Nest stuff. ?Nothing personal!

i thought only 'friends" can see things about you, is that wrong
Very true, but sometimes when you "friend" someone you know from the boards, you don't really know them and maybe their friend request isn't with good intentions.?

This makes me feel so bad. I know that the internet is full of crazies, but I feel like I could trust any of you. I guess I need to face reality.

I think they can still see your picture and full name, and since I'm pretty open with my picture and first name around here it wouldn't be hard to figure out which one I am from among somebody's friends. It wasn't actually the original email-to-the-husband post that freaked me out, it was the reply that talked about getting fired for posting from work.
ETA: I've never really had much enjoyment from friending SAL-ers on Facebook anyway, since with just one or two exceptions I can never remember whose real name goes with their nest name, so I get updates from "Jane" or whoever and don't even know who it is! ;-)
