when to test using opk?

I have been charting since Nov and have o'ed anywhere from day 19 to 26. What day should I start opk. I was thining day 17, in case I o early, but if I o late I need to buy another $20 box of tests :(

    I would start testing around day 16 or 17.  Also, you should buy you OPKs at early-pregnancy-test.com.  I did this time and I am so happy with the price!

    I buy "answer" brand from walmart. They're like $17 for a month's worth of sticks! super easy to read, too! I would start on cd 16

    Hi there! I agree - I would start testing around day 16 and find some cheaper tests.  :)

     Keep in mind to test earlier if you see other signs of ov approaching.  Wouldn't want to miss it!

    I found tests on ebay for the best price.  They came just a few days after I ordered them, too.  I think I got 20 OPK's and 5 pg tests for only $7 and free shipping!
