Okay, another feeding question. So when I feed Trig, I pump at the same time. It's the only way to save my sanity. The problem is, Trig literally goes from totally calm to meltdown status in like 2 seconds. One second, he is happy, and the next he realizes that he's going to get to eat and he freaks out until I put that bottle in his mouth. It takes me a second to get situated - even though I've gotten really good about being fast (even in the middle of the night) he flips out until he gets that bottle. Sometimes, he is difficult to bring back to calm, even with a bottle. Anyone encounter this? I have tried to hold him off with a paci while I get ready, but he's never liked the paci too much and tends to spit it out.
that has happened to me more times than I like to remember. Can you try to feed him sooner than the 2/3 hours interval? So he's not so anxious to get it?
