If it was OK to ride a roller coaster while pregnant, I would definitely be doing it. Seeing as common sense tells me that it is not, I'm staying away from them! Makes me super sad tho because I LOVE THEM!

Oh if it were ok I would be all over them! I am dying to go to Kings Island...my brother asked me if I couldn't ride them because it would "scramble that babies brain." haha
I posted this on the other post as well... but for anyone considering a rollercoaster while pregnant... here's why not to...
Pregnancy and Amusement Park Rides , By: Kuper, Debra, International Journal of Childbirth Education, 08878625, Winter92, Vol. 7, Issue 4, pp. 12-14
"Rapid acceleration and deceleration, prolonged multi-gravitational (g) force and high speed rides are all common thrills in the amusement park, exerting inertial forces of mass versus momentum. These forces exerted on the pregnant rider may result in rupture of membranes, abruptio placenta with immediate or delayed symptom presentation, vena caval occlusion and fetal maternal haemorrhage (Buchsbaum, 1968; Crosby et al, 1971; Crosby et al, 1968, Crosby, 1974; Mengert et al, 1953).
Re: s/o water park
