Stupid DH and his stupid rash....
DH gets a rash on his chest when he gets really sweaty for too long, like playing golf or going to a football game. Little did I realize that especially when he leaves it untreated for too long, it's freaking contagious!! Yeah, I thought I had a dry patch of skin on my left thigh from dry shaving the other day. I put some neosporin spray on it. Then a little red dot popped up under my right boob and my right leg and the one on my left thigh is getting bigger. There's some on my back and my belly. GAH.
He takes a nifty 2 day pill that knocks it out for a few months (but he's out). I can't get an appt with my dermo until fU$&ing August. I asked a few of the doctors at work and they would prescribe Lotrimin (clotrimazole) but I don't know if it's PG safe, even though it's topical.
Sweet! Low and behold, the OB's nurse JUST called me back and confirmed I can use the Lotrimin OTC to clear up my icky rash. Good thing I don't have to be in a swimsuit anytime soon.
