I'm only pumping 3-3.5 oz (total) each session and feel like by the end of my day, I'm not giving baby enough. He's waking up more to feed throughout the night than he was and I'd like to try some supplement or specialty item for lactating moms.
What worked for you? fenugeek? more milk plus? mothers milk tea?
Re: What helped you most to increase supply?
is your amount what you pump in between nursing, or as a replacement to nursing? I think its a good amount. He could be going through the 12 week growth spurt, and waking up as a result of that, not as a result of lack of milk
Oatmeal, water, rest and not stressing worked best for me!
