Trouble with Pictures

Has anyone else had trouble with their pictures working on the bios? I loaded pictures from facebook but they will not show on the bio. I don't know what I am doing wrong?

im not sure how to do it through facebook..but if you go to tinypic.com and minimize the pic than copy and paste it from...directlayout and than post it...thats what i did ............gL
