Everyone told me drink some coke or orange juice or eat chocolate. But I was sick the morning of our US I could not keep anything down. So lets just say he was still sleeping and did not want to be woke up. But he did start moving and we saw that he was a little boy. But I would try to eat or drink something with a lot of sugar. Good Luck!

I drank some OJ, but that didn't seem to do that much. The U/S tech said that drinking sugary drinks won't do anything because the baby's pancreas keeps her blood sugar regulated.

I drank 2 glasses of OJ, and she was almost moving around too much - it took the tech a while to get all of the measurements. It could have been completely coincidental, but I do feel her more after I have a small glass of coke or something with sugar.

I leave for mine in 5 minutes. We already know she's a girl, but we'll get the confirmation and see our (hopefully) healthy baby! Can't wait! Good luck on yours.?
