Dumb Question about Coupon-ing

What day of the week do coupons usually come out in the newspaper?  Is it Sundays only or do they come out daily?

however we have two local papers that put inserts in the papers as well-

i never used to check the local papers- i would just pop them in the recycle bin. now i grab the inserts!

I get some inserts in the mail on Wednesday's that has coupons for specific stores. Luckily, the grocery store I shop at takes competitor coupons!
