Some of you were talking about macaroni and cheese so much these days - I had to have some.  So I decided to venture off of  the Cheesecake Factory menu.  I ended up with these babies :

I'm afraid that even if I had the recipe - I couldn't recreate these little balls of heaven lol.  There are so many variations out there (recipe), I'm trying to locate the "authentic" recipe from Cheesecake - can't seem to find it!

Those remind me of something I ate in Sicily! They had them everywhere. They were fried balls of risotto that looked like that and they had different stuff inside like ham and cheese and such. Now I just need a ticket back to Sicily.
