There are a few others on etsy too.  I was looking for DS a shirt for his birthday and I saw several.  I searched very hungry caterpillar.  I actually searched something else for me, but the caterpillar shirt came up.

the prices are in pounds, but you can click on the american flag in the upper right hand corner for American dollars.  There were also a few more that I found - hopefully in the US.....just in case shipping from this company is expensive.
