I am looking for a picture I saw once of a nursery that had light blue stripes on the botton of the wall with a chair rail in the middle and then a plain color on top, I think it was tan.

anyone know what I am talking about?

DS's room is like this but with different colors.  Let me try to find a picture......

ETA:  This was the only one I could find.  The colors don't look very good in the pic but you get the general idea.
