Who got BRU points w/gift receipts?

For some reason I think it was LClaire but I could be wrong.  Someone posted at least a month ago about being able to get the points from the gift receipts they got with stuff at their shower. I have a few and wasn't sure if I could do it online or if they had to do it in the store. I need to go exchange a few things tomorrow so I wanted to get them together tonight if I have to do it in store. Thanks!

I think Emmy323 did this.  I wish I would have thought of that.  I also wish I hadn't misplaced the receipt for our glider.  I missed out on a lot of points!  Anyway, I'd just enter them online.  It's easier than dealing with the BRU employees, esp if you go to the Hburg store.  I have only met 1 helpful person there.

I wasn't sure if you could enter them online. I'll have to look to see where I can do that.

I got the points using gift receipts. You can only enter so many online and then it locks you out so you have to call the customer service and enter them over the phone with a rep.

Don't bother going into the store they can't do anything with the rewards points in the store. I have had so many problems with the harrisburg store and their employees. I cannot stand to go there but I have to obviously for some things.

I tried to do it online with gift receipts, but they ask you for the purchase amount and the amount isn't on the gift receipts, so I couldn't do it.  If you know a way to put it on that doesn't require the amount please let me/us all know!!  TIA!!

agreed!!  When i am going to need to be dealing with customer service, I go to either York BRU, or TRU in Camp Hill!!

I'd call if you're having trouble. I've had good experiences with their customer service nationally (now the customer service at my local BRU has a lot to be desired!)
