French fries and ice cream... no shame today!

I've eaten pretty well most of the day, but then got fries with dinner and just finished off a carton of ice cream (not the whole thing, but definitely more than a serving!)

Ahhh, well. Better luck tomorrow! And at least it was delicious!

Meh. So long as it isn't a daily thing, you're fine. If you don't splurge every now and then you'll likely go crazy!
