PTL and now diarrhea!

Hello,

I wrote a few weeks ago about my preterm labor issues. You all were so helpful! Things have been looking good, and then today has been off, so I thought I better write again!

Background:

- subchorionic hemorrhage at 21w1d

- PTL at 22w2d (ctx 3 min. apart, stopped with shot of turb., given oral turb and put on limited activity)

- took oral turb as needed, but haven't had to take it in over a week (am now 25w3d)

Today, I woke up with lower back pain, lower abdominal cramps, a bit of nausea, and diarrhea. I have had ctx, but am unsure if th
ey are the real thing, braxton hicks, or related to the diarrhea. I have been drinking water like crazy. I haven't taken the turb because I hate to take it if I don't need it... I feel fine otherwise, no fever or other flu symptoms. Ugh.

Anyone have a similar situation happen to them? Should I call the doc? Everything has been going so well... Thank you very much!

I would take the turb and call your doc asap.

DEFINITELY take the terb and call you doc. These were my symptoms and I was in active labor. GL to you!

ditto... that was my symptom of "real" contrax. ?They really messed with my stomach.

I doubt this is the issue, but that was my first sign of HELLP Syndrome. I'd take a trip to L&D to be sure...
