So now that you've been parenting twins plus one for over a week now, what advice for the crazy first week do you have for those of us that are on our way there?

For those with older kids - ask people to come over and play with them - not to come help with the babies.... our biggest help has been when people are here to play with Griffin. He's in daycare all week- but the weekend with him and nights are the hardest so far for us.
Try to keep the babies on the same schedule... we wake one to eat if the other is hungry first - so we're not feeding at totally random times.
have everything ready to go in a system- we didn't so the first day was pretty stressful b/c we realized how unprepared we were... we HAD everything- but not easily accessible, etc.
What we had to do was make sure we had lots of swaddle blankets and lots of onsies ready to go- esp for overnight- since they kept peeing out of their diapers the first few days (all the A&D on their circ/;penises seemed to make the pee shoot out their diapers- it was weird)..... have diapers/wipes/a&d ready to go in easy to get to places up/downstairs.... bouncy seats ready to go in a safe spot (especially hard with a toddler- we had not thought about it until they were here suddenly... we ended up removing the cushions from one couch and that's where their bouncy seats stay- out of the way of dogs/griffin, etc).
try to take at least one nap a day - the whole "sleep when teh baby sleeps" thing is hard when there is a lot to do- but make sure to nap at least once!
