How many items on your registry?

I feel like ours is really big, and I don't want to seem greedy... but I do want lots of variety (and we're having 2 showers).

I have two registries with 30 items on one and 40 on the other. I'm sure that's a lot of stuff, but I'm using it as a list for myself and to get the completion coupons. Also a lot of stuff on there are small things like wipes, small toys, pacifiers, and bath stuff, etc.

All the little things run the numbers up! It is good that you have given people a choice from so many different things and a wide price range.

My registry is still secret to everyone else besides my husband. I'm using it as a personal shopping list for the time being. When I'm ready to start "spreading the word" it'll be edited down. I have stuff like Baby Safe Q-Tips and Children's Tylenol which is something that I wouldn't expect from anyone. So for now I have 96 items.

I have 135 on my BRU registry, and 113 on my Amazon registry. They are both pretty much the same, and we plan on buying a lot of the stuff ourselves with the completion coupon.

123 items total so far.... I might add more. I put about anything we could think of on it though. I wanted to let ppl know everything we wanted.

I haven't started a registry yet but I am always hearing that the more items on your registry, the better. It's good to have choices and sometimes people will put together a gift basket of several similar items (bath related items, feeding items, etc.) Many people like to "go in together" to purchase a larger item. Also family members may want to buy a higher priced item as well.

Plus, whatever you don't get at your showers and you still really want/need, you can use any completion coupons you may get to buy those items.
