I don't think so. I think the color makes it pretty gender neutral and Will would look just fine in it.

There are flowers, yes, but it isn't over the top feminine IMO. Sadly though, if we were having a boy, my DH would ban any baby product with any semblance of floral activity.?

LOL at B&W camo.  I don't know if you noticed, but mine's got butterflies on it.  Yeah, it's green and blue and brown, but the butterflies are a big part of the pattern. 

I like going gender neutral for big ticket items, that way if DC #2 is a girl she won't be stuck with all boy stuff.

Get the flowers.  It's cute and def. neutral!
