Where can I get hand puppets?

We realized last night that Noah LOVED Baby Einstein videos because of the puppets. And since I dont plan on plopping my 3 month old in front of a video I wanted to get the puppets. Playing looks like much more fun!

Does anyone know where I can buy puppets?

I bet you can find some at Babies R' Us/Toys R' Us.  I know the Oriental Trading Company sells them online for pretty cheap.

This is just an idea but you can make sock puppets really cheap.  Just find some of those big eyes and maybe use red felt for the mouth/tongue.  You can make them people or animals or whatever you like.  The possibilities would be endless and maybe even your daughter would have fun helping you make them for your son?!?

I found ours at Ikea in the kids section.  They were about $3 a piece.

I meant to say Steinmart.  Sterns was a store in NY that Steinmart reminds me of.
