EASY casserole ideas?

I am making some casseroles tonight for a neighbor that is having major surgery.

he is allergic to seafood, raw eggs, and peanuts.

Easy and no fancy ingredients. I have to run to the store with kiddo and don't want to spend my prime there.

they have simple ways to 'jazz up' a box of rice.  ;)  my favorite is 'chicken and cheddar skillet'

You can search by time to make, number of ingredients, etc.
