Are there any "undecideds" on this board?  Women who are able to choose between working and not working but haven't made up their mind yet?

I am not undecided.

Like the pp I am not undecided. I work because we could not maintain our standard of living on just one income. But if I was given the choice I would totally stay at home with DD.

Every day I'm still conflicted. My DD is almost 2 and yet I'd say about 75% of the time I'd love to quit my job but I just don't have the guts.  25% of the time, I love being a working mom.

I am extremely undecided this time. I want to go back to work and then I do not. I start back next week, and I figured I would just see how it goes. I thankfully have a pretty good deal. I really only have to work 60hrs a month. I could also drop a level and work a min of 24hrs a month. I have not worked in 4mo and I am frankly pretty nervous about it. I work in a Cardiac Surgery ICU and I think I am just scared. I have been there a long time, but we have had another manager change and I am not interested in putting up with someone who is only there for a short time. Oh well.
