Bah! I want to speed up time to tomorrow afternoon!

I have a dr. appt. that for some reason I am super excited about.  It's unfounded because it's just a post op. appt. where the doc will probably tell me stuff I already know.  So, if I could speed up time until tomorrow afternoon, that would be super.
