Cleaning stinky diapers

I know this has been asked a million times but I need to wash diapers today and noticed last wash that they were not as fresh smelling as they normally are.

Using Crunchy Clean...I do a cold wash, then a warm (or hot) wash, and an extra rinse.  My machine does not have a ton of cycle choices.

What can I do to get them fresh smelling again?

Make sure the water is really hot, not just warm.  You may have to up the amount of detergent you use or else just do 2 washes in hot with maybe a bit less detergent than normal in the second.  That's what I do every other month or so and it helps keep everything nice and fresh!
