Why didn't I get the memo?  Two of my coworkers just announced they're having kids (not with each other).  One is 23 and this will be his 3rd!  The other is 30 and this is her 2nd.  Then a couple girls on the pets board and the MM board are both pg, and it happened fairly quickly.  I'm so ready for a baby it hurts   But with some underlying issues and the lovely economy we'll be lucky to start trying next year...probably won't be for another couple.

Maybe I'll just steal my niece for a week.

Sorry, that was kind of a vent.

Funny you say that.  I went to a girls night last night and two people announced BFPs.  I am happy for everyone, but this week has been harder than most on me.

It definitely helps to have a niece or nephew.

If it makes you feel better, I was looking at the May issue of Real Simple and the editor was writing about the hope that babies (and therefore pregnancies) represent. She writes, "..every child we add to our families and communities is the ultimate symbol of optimism, that the future is worth investing in and sticking around for." So even if you don't have your own yet, it could be helpful to look at those pregnancies as a sign that maybe things aren't so bad in this world.

Hugs, I'm so sorry.  I went through infertility and a loss, so I know how hard it can be.
