Was a problem ever found with CC (brown bag)??

I've started really having stink issues the last week or so and on top of the other questionable issues I've had I'm really starting to wonder if it was the CC. Did she ever find out if there was a problem with an ingredient in those brown bag shipments?

She is on vacation but I would send her a convo on Etsy or HC.  Nothing has been addressed here on the board and with the Nest Gods watching she can't answer directly...she would have to go through someone else, like maybe the Etsy Team or something.

i don't think the problem was figured out... but like hippy said, try a convo with her... she's been great about sending out replacement samples (to see if they resolve the issue).

Really...can I ask when?  Because I know of a few people who were told over and over that she did not change anything.

seriously? because i have several convos from her on etsy repeating over & over to me that she hadn't changed a thing & that it had to be my wash routine or water. funny how since i've changed detergents i haven't had a single problem with ammonia stink or a rash. 

if she hadn't already been nice enough to refund my money [without me asking for it, btw], i'd be demanding it. up, down, left, right & sideways. 

look, i don't care if she changed the formula up. just don't freaking lie to me & just about every other mama i know who was/is having rash/stink issues about it. we're forgiving people, i swear. just tell the truth.

I think she changed the formula *after* people reported issues.  She sent me a pm after that post the week before last where everyone was discussing stink issues & whatnot.  I had just purchased a bag and was concerned that it might be the old formula that was apparently causing problems for some folks.  She said my new bag was the new, fixed formula.

My new bag was in the new style of brown bag, so I don't think we can refer to that bag type as the bad batch.  I have used my new CC for a couple loads of diapers and so far, no issues.  Honestly, I think if there is still a problem, it will take a while for me to realize (it seems like the issues arose after using the detergent for a month or so).

at least you got a refund. I got excuses.
