I just finished watching this on my dvr.  It was one of those king 5 specials.  It was really really interesting and while Cruz is growing out of being a baby it had something for all ages!  I found the links on the king 5 web site.  I really like the immunization part and the swimming part.  the links are way down at the bottom of the page!

nope, but one of the families from my expecting multiples class was on there with their twins jake and hannah!  I saw a smidge of it!!
