If you had an easy time conceiving your first did the same hold true for your second? We got pregnant with DD right away and are going to start trying for #2 in September.

We don't really "try" for our kids. With DD#1 we decided that we would start in February 2005 to think about having kids - we got PG that month. With DD#2, we decided that we should have another - got PG WHILE ON VACATION in Europe with DD#1 in tow.........with DS, well, we had JUST starting talking about the possibility of having a third and BAM! I got PG that month.........
So yes, easy all 3 times..........

It took about 3 cycles (one in which we got pregnant, but had a very early m/c) to conceive DD. This time, we were going to wait until July to TTC, but in *ahem* the heat of the moment - we decided what the heck in early June - bam! One act of unprotected sex - we couldn't be happier, just surprised it happened so quickly.
I've had 3 pregnancies (one m/c) -- I got pregnant the on the first try for the first two and this one was a vacation surprise! Apparently I'm fertile myrtle. GL!
I was just here lurking but thought I would respond. We have been trying for #2 for 4 months still no BFP, Our 1st dc took 3 months TTC...Hopefully you will be one of the easy ones! GL

yes, similar to previous poster, we got pg with our daughter before we officially got around to trying, and the same with our son. i have two more friends with two under 2, and both are the same story.
#1 took us 6 long cycles (9 months) of active trying/charting. ?We had planned to start trying for #2 as soon as AF returned PP. ?AF never returned because I got PG my first ovulatory cycle PP. ?So, I would say #2 was "easier" because there was no trying at all.

I got pregnant with #1 on the first try. #2 was a surprise. We weren't trying...but not really preventing. Nursing my son did not prevent #2 coming!
pg with DD by cycle 5 (which I suppose is still considered an "easy time".
pg with DC#2 first cycle
Took about 4 months for DD and then just one month for this baby.
