May I suggest that you look into a Tay Sachs support group?  I read your first blog post and it seems like since your baby is 1 of 21 in the world there probably isn't a whole lot of support out there.  However, I think you'll find a lot of similarities between what you are/will go through and what Tay Sachs parents have to deal with.  I know their support system is quite extensive and you could probably tap into it with a google search. 

I know you're getting a lot of support on the bump, but at some point I'd imagine you will want to talk to people who know what it's like.  Best of luck (and hope).
