instructions for stripping? (diapers that is)

I found these instrustions: https://www.zany-zebra.com/stripping-cloth-diapers.shtml   Do they look like they're any good? I'm confused about the soap bubbles...I'm not adding soap at all am I? And how many times are you supposed to do this? Lastly, will it hurt the pul on my aios and covers to add them in? TIA ladies!

I think it just wants  you to rinse, rinse, rinse. No soap. Could work. I've always seen ppl try dawn then rinse, rinse, rinse.
