Ute infection?

Anyone have a uterine infection as a result of their m/c or D&C? How did it feel (cramps, bleeding, etc)? What did the doc do? How long did it take to clear up? Kinda concerned I might have one but am waiting for a return call from the doc.

I really don't have any advice on how it feels as I didn't have one. When I went to my follow-up appointment I asked if multiple D&Cs would have any negative effect on me/fertility in the future and my OB said that there wasn't an infection and everything was back to normal. I asked him if you can know that just by looking (I felt like an idiot but oh well) and he said you would know if something is wrong and by having a fever, weird discharge, etc. What symptoms are you having to make you think you have an infection? I hope you do not have an infection and that you hear from the doc soon.

Thanks! I guess I'm silly. I just thought I might have an infection just because I have been having weird-feeling cramps -- they are a tad like AF cramps but more sharp (but still weak/mild feeling) if that makes sense. I m/c'ed about 4 weeks ago and I did have cramps then for a few days but they stopped until DH and I started TTC again. No fever or weird discharge. I am not even bleeding or spotting with the cramps -- they are just there. So I figured infection might be an explanation..... That or a miracle BFP, but I'll have to wait a few more days to find that out.
