Help!

I am going to thank anyone who reads this up front- I am mostly whining.  I am so sick- throat hurts- can't stop coughing, nose will not stop running and I ache all over.  Now this morning, I just feel nauseous on top of all of the above.  I went to the urgent care clinic yesterday- I went knowing that they probably wouldn't be willing to tell me anything- but went anyways.  I have tried sudafed per my OB and I did not like the way it made me feel so I stopped using it.  I then continued to Robitussin- the next one on my approved list- it helps me, but not really- I have a vaporizer thinking it would help decongest me and it did a little bit but then I became nauseous- I am absoultely miserable- thanks if you got this far-

 

Any suggestions on what I can try?

The only thing that worked for me was biting the bullet and getting a neti pot. Cleared my post nasal drip 90%.

ummm...take the meds your doctor approves.  drink fluids.  try an anti-nausea med like emetrol.
