I was at a store today and literally almost ended up on the floor. My hearing started to go and I got almost grainy tunnel vision. I had eaten before I left the house . The only thing I could think of was that I was dehydrated. Has anyone else had this problem??

Re: almost passed out today...
Yep, was at a grave side service... out in the hot sun, that we thought would be short. It ended up being an hour. They had to sit me down and get water. I think it was the heat and dehydration as well. I always keep water with me now.
I do this when I get too hot. Also, it could have been a spike in your blood pressure. Drink lots of water and call your doctor if you do it again.
I'd check my BP when I was somewhere that had one of those little self checker things too, just to be safe.
yes, a few weeks ago, and at work occasionally like today. ? ?My Dr said not to worry, its either low blood pressure, low blood sugar or dehydration. ?So I always try and sit down, eat ?and drink some water.
Hope you start feeling better!!?

Yes! When I was 14 weeks I was just starting my shift at work, got all my paperwork ready and said to the secretary that something didn't feel right. I stood up to look for a phone on the unit to start listening to report, and about halfway down the hallway I remember being super lightheaded, having double vision for a second, and the next thing I knew I woke up on the floor. Before I even opened my eyes I heard someone yell, "She's on the floor!" and they brought over a wheelchair and took me right downstairs to the ER. They gave me a few liters of IV fluids because my blood pressure was low, some IV Zofran, and I got an ultrasound because I had some cramping after I woke up, also because I didn't remember how I fell and they wanted to rule out any fetal injury. Everything was fine though, and I went home after about 5 hours.
Great benefit of working in a hospital though, I guess.
