Re: If you BF and drink coffee...?

  • Not sure I qualify since I pretty much stopped drinking coffee when I found out I was pregnant and have been drinking just a little bit (less than a cup) now and then and I don't drink decaf. The other day I had a large 20oz cup of coffee and DS acted really hyper after so I blame it on the large amount caffeine :)

  • I drink decaf if I'm at a coffee shop. Once in a while if I can't get it I'll just have a regular. At home I drink International House Chai about twice a day but I don't think it has much caffeine. I looked it up once but now I forget.

  • Regular.  2-3 cups a day.  I got the green light from my pedi, but I still feel guilty.

    regular.
  • In the early months I found too much made DD fussy.  Now I will have a Starbucks latte from time to time but I never have more than one a day or just 1 cup of coffee in the morning.

  • half caf - a travel mug a day. sometimes 2. doesn't seem to affect DS at all.
  • Sometimes I drink decaf and other times regular. It all depends on the day and how badly I need the caffene
  • full strength- the real deal.

  • I drink real coffee all the time and have ever since they served it to me in the hospital the morning after I had my ds.
  • Regular- 2-3 cups a day

When she was younger I only drank one cup but as she has gotten older and I knew that it didn't bother her, I upped my intake.
