need support and prayers

at our nt scan we found out that lo has PUV, basically an enlarged bladder. hes not emptying his bladder (yes, we know its a boy all ready because of this condition) there is an obstruction blocking him from peeing. urine is eventually the fluid our babies live in and without it is obviously not good. this condition usually happens around week 20 and a shunt could be surgically placed in but since were so early its not looking good for us. we go back for an ultrasound in 2 weeks and if its not improving then we may not have any options. i cannot terminate this pregnancy and i am beside myself with grief. please say a prayer for us and hope this all works out. thanks everyone.
