I feel like a dope but which side of the bag is the outside?  I have black and as I beleive the "shiny" side to be the inside, the seams & tag are on the non-shiny side!  Please help this dingbat.

the shiny, plasticky side goes on the inside.  The cotton tag side goes outside.
