Registry (Vent)

Ok, so I went with a friend today to pick out a shower gift for some one from work. Now this women(the gift was for), has no children, none of her friends have kids and never planned on having kids. We pulled up the registry and I couldn't believe my eyes! She registried for like 3 of everything. 3 different boster seats, then 2 different high chairs. 4 different playmates, baths and different crib patterns! Now this wouldn't of been so bad if it was all the same theme but none of it matched! She had ocean stuff, jungle stuff, then pink stuff (she is having a boy!) I just couldn't believe half of the stuff that was on there.

Maybe she doesn't know it ended up looking like that.  Someone should tell her. 

Like, maybe she originally registered for girl and boy things and had the registry private then meant to delete things and added new things, changed her mind, but didn't realize that the older items are on there...?  Just trying to give her the benefit of the doubt.

I tried to give the benefit of a doubt but I just found out that the person that helped her and her DH with their registry, told her to pick one or two of the same things?! People just don't make a whole lot of since! Also I just found out the nursery is being done in Dr. Suess! I don't know... I think this women might be nuts!

Maybe she was trying to give people choices, you know? Not that she wanted everything she registered for, just that she scanned all of the stuff she liked so people had a choice of what to get if they wanted to get a swing or high chair or booster seat or whatever.

I could be totally off base, though. She may very well be nuts!

id like to give her the benefit of the doubt BUT um its a bit strange to register for girls items and shes having a boy. And for none of the items to go with her nursery theme.

so my two neices where with me when we opened my registry so they knew the password to get in to add things. I looked on my target registry and i was seeing all this weird stuff that i dont remember adding. so apparently they were in the mall and added what "they" liked. I needed to take a few things off but sneaky sneaky lol.

i added some multiples because my mom will be doing the child care while we work and i would like to keep some things at her house like a thermometer and a pack and play so i dont have to lung it back and forth.
