Stupid Staples

I bought a staple gun at Jo-Ann's to recover our dining table chairs. They were white and white + toddler = gross. So I bought some brown fabric to match the rug, and a staple gun. Very simple. Well, the staple gun came with all of 20 staples so I went out today to Lowe's to buy more. I wrote down the size the staple gun took and of course the only ones there that size were $10 more a pack than ALL the other staples. WTH? So I buy them anyway, get them home and they don't work in the stapler. Another WTH? I am so annoyed. I really wanted to get the last two cushions done tonight... OH well!
