it's my first time making bread and i'm following your no brick recipe. well, life got in the way during phase 3 and it was out, rising for about, oh 3 1/2 hours. it's now been in the oven for about 25 min and it kinda looks the same as when i put it in. so, was the extended rising time a total no no? or do you think i might have done something else wrong? or is this how it's supposed to be? i guess we'll see in a few min!
