Hello.  I did see your reply re that muscle incoordination is sometimes seen in infants/children with ASD/LD.  I did bring up the Autism to my Ped and she is not concerned with that at all right now (I assume because he is still young).

 What other signs did you see around 1 that was a bit "off" with your son?  Right now, mine is just gross motor.  His eye contact if fine and he is very social with adults and children.  However, I understand that some ASD children are perfectly social.

Thanks for the info.   Right now, I am not going to let myself be that concerned because he is only 12 months and the only thing that I see problematic now is that he is behind on gross motor.  I will keep an eye on him, that is for sure!
