Babies on the Brain

Does anyone read Jane Green's books?

I met her at our library today!  She lives in my town, and I've known that, but never seen her.  I was checking out her new book today and she asked me if I liked the books.  I said, "Oh, I think they're great." and she smiled and said, "They're mine.  Enjoy it."

Fun and random.

  • I do not but I searched her on google and I know what I am using my bookstore gift card on now! It is awesome that you got to meet her!
  • Cute lab! Her books are great.  I wasn't crazy about her second to last one, The Beach House, but the rest are awesome.

I LOVE Jemima J.  I've read it about 100 times.

  • The first and only thing I've read by her is The Beach House and I wasn't that impressed. Maybe I'll try again some other time. It's neat you got to meet her, though!

The part of that book that doesn't take place in Nantucket is my town.  The only thing I liked about that book was when she talked about places that I know.

  • Thanks your Lab is a cutie too! I worked at a bookstore for a long time and I saw the books every day but, at that point my job frustrated me so much I could not read a book to relax even at home so. I never picked them up. DH is going to give me a gift card for a bookstore for my birthday since I have run out of books to read so I will pick a few up. If you have any other authors you like PM me and we can swap author ideas.
