We just bought a friend's mid-90s Ford Taurus station wagon off him for $500. ?AND he gave it a tune up for us before he handed it over!! (we paid for parts - but yay for cheap labor!)

Such a weight off my back. ?I was not ready to go into parenthood while running a restaurant with only one car.

That is great news, much easier then be ing dh's shuttle bus to and from work.  And a great price too!!! I also like Bri&Shane's idea of who-riding it up!
