I am so pissed off right now!

I ordered a KitchenAid blender from eCost.com last week because they said that it was a brand new (I actually called them to verify that it was the case) item and it was for a really great price. Then it came on Wed, when I opened the box it was refurbished item, so I called them the same second and got a response that it will take them 24-72 hours to investigate this issue and get back to me.

I called in Thursday and they promised me that I will get a new item and I will receive a return label from them. Well, today still not label, but when I called to see what's going on they said that I will not be getting a new item and I can't have my money back until they get their crappy refurbished item back.

I am never ever ordering from them again!

What's worse is that now I have to wait for them to give me my money back before I order something new, so I won't be able to get a rebate for the new one that I order and it went up in price on amazon. UGH!!!

Do not order from eCost, they will just promise you one thing and will send you something refurbished!
