Zoo trip today-

it was a madhouse at the zoo!  The Zebras were the big hit for Maya followed by the Flamingos. 

The sad part was watching kids line up to get a hug and photo taken with 1) a urine sample cup and 2) a syringe/needle.  It was a promo from a local hospital.  I am not sure whom I felt worse for, the people that were dressed in the costumes or the kids thinking it was the next best thing to Mickey Mouse.

Ok, that has got to be the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard.  And absolutely disgusting.  Who came up with that bright idea?
