I got an email today from the HR for a company that I applied for recently. They want to set up a phone screen and interview. I know they are hiring several people for what I do, so that's good. I also have heard that it's not that great of a company to work for, but I need to get hired on somewhere full time so we can have health benefits. I would prefer for James to get something, but if he's not going to, I need to if I can. So, please keep me in your thoughts and prayers for this.
Also, please tell me that I shouldn't feel guilty for applying for and taking interviews from places. I feel guilty because I have work and I know of at least two other people that I use to work with that I know applied for this position as well and they haven't heard back from the company. They are not working at all and have been out of work for several months.

Re: job stuff
Don't feel guilty about interviewing for the jobs. You need the job too right? It sounds like you need the insurance. I must have missed it - what happened to James' job?
Good luck!
He hasn't worked since the first week of April. They didn't officially lay him off, they just slowed way down and stopped scheduling most of the workers. So, he's getting unemployment and I'm working 40 hours/week...which sucks because I am missing out on Summer with Tillman. ANYWAY, the union banks up his insurance benefits, so we still have it for like five months after he stops working, but that time is coming up faster than it looks like he will find something new or his company will have enough jobs going that he will be able to work.
TTC #2 for a million years: SA normal, CD 23 bloodwork shows nothing amiss, ovulation detected. Next step: ? maybe CD3 bloodwork to check eggs? All out of pocket, so limited IF tests/treatments.
Don't feel guilty! You need to do what is right for you and your family. Plus, you leaving would open up your position for someone else, right?
No, they wouldn't replace me here.

Well, still, don't feel guilty. You got to do what you've got to do.
