Break from swaddle

So tonight is our first night without the swaddle and we finally got DS to sleep after an hour... he just slept for an hour and woke himself up rubbing his eyes...

How do I get him to not do that? Does he just learn on his own?...

It just took time and practice for us.  But it required a lot less time than I had expected.  Good luck!
