But I thought I would share with all the others that were interested in the Military Mom/ SO group. I was playing around tonight and came up with this for an icon idea. Be honest, its ok if you dont like it!
I also have to add that I give you ladies a lot of credit for raising kids in the military / being part-time single moms while the boys are away at training, deployments, schools, etc. DH was in the Army and we decided right away that we wouldn't have kids until he was out because it just wasn't for us. I like the equal parenting and wanted him to be there for the good, the bad, and the ugly -- in child rearing, pregnancy, and just daily life. (Disclaimer: Please don't flame this... I'm NOT saying you like him being gone and absent for your children's precious and heinous moments, I'm just saying that I knew from the start that it wan't for me and so we made the decision to wait it out)
Hope all of your husbands are safe and home with you tonight!
Re: Doodler & All "Military Mommas"
