Spotting more after taking baby aspirin?

I started spotting about 4-5 days before AF (brown) and this cycle I have been spotting 3 days post AF. I usually don't spot before AF and usually only 1-2 days post AF. Did anyone notice a difference in duration of spotting after beginning to take a baby aspirin everyday? This is the only thing that has changed.
