Two kids a couple houses down are throwing water from a bucket at cars when they drive by, and some of the cars have their window down.... So I just told them that they needed to stop since some of those people have their window down and could get mad. ?I said, Okay?

Are you military? One of my friends was a military child. Her dad was court marshalled because her and her little bro were tossing water balloons from the roof.  You were easy on them.
