    lol well DD was "ready" at 18mos and did great then went on strike at 2yrs and is still not fully trained. I have a feeling DS will be potty trained before DD.

    Not sure.  I feel like K might be an early potty trainer, because she's already hiding to poop.  If she's going to want to start pooing in a potty, that would be great by me.  So...I guess I'll just follow her lead.  But if her lead still has her mooooooore than happy crapping in her pants at 2, then I'll start then.

    In the next few months actually. I am not expecting any good results until after she is 2 but I am getting a potty chair to put by the tub in the bathroom and I'm going to set her on it before bath time every nite, just to get her used to it. If she pees or poops then yay! and if not then it's no big deal. I just want he to be cool with the seat. I'll set her on it with a book and talk to her and whatever for a minute or two and then into the bath she will go. It is going to become part of our nightly routine so it won't be so foreign when it's really time.
