Wait... let me get this straight, you can get free ultrasounds? I am almost 9 weeks and I don't get my first one until 12/13 weeks. I would love to get one now.

Yes you can! And you should go soon. They have 2 different ultrasounds. One that they pay you $25 which is the basic kind, and one where they use the prob, you get even closer pics of baby and they pay you $150. It's through Philips and they use a company called Adecco who sets up the models. They will send you an email with all the paperwork, and then you have to get a letter from you Dr saying it's ok to do it.
Each ultrasound is about an hr. The office you go to is in Bothell and they are always looking for models to test the ultrasound equipment out on. It's not harmful. They mainly are testing out new focusing etc and you get a CD with pics of your baby when you leave. Here are the numbers to contact Adecco again: 425-482-8831 or 425-487-8045
They will set you up so you are on their payroll. They will take out taxes and you get it directly deposited into your account. It's nice and so fun!
Np. If you go between now and 15 weeks they will love you! Then hardly ever get women that aren't as far along and that's only when they can do the $150 tube one. Heads up, it's vaginal. Which is why the get better pics of the baby. Mostly in 2d and 3d. It's really great!
I did my last one of those at 15 weeks and they actually told me the sex of the baby. Or what they "thought" it was. They can't give diagnosis for sure but there were 4 women techs in the room that all saw the same part lol. GL!
